How My Journey Began

April has 20 years experience in the wellness industry from teaching psychology classes, fitness classes, corporate wellness, management, life coaching, weight loss coaching, advanced meditation training and women’s advocacy. Prior to her body positivity and balanced approach to wellness, she struggled with disordered eating, poor body image, and damaged self worth. She survived complex trauma and overcame a serious health condition that led to her passion for a healthy life of well being and sovereignty. She has leveraged her Mental Health Counseling and Fitness background to create a unique body centered approach to coaching. Her approach to coaching integrates the body’s wisdom as a guide and ally. April offers accountability blended with sound researched techniques and intuitive insights to curate the perfect program for you.
